The living room has a wood burning fireplace, large screen satellite TV and scenic mountain view.	The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower.	The second bedroom on the entry level has a queen size bed.	The third bedroom is on the entry level and has a queen size bed.


The full kitchen is open to the family room and mountain view through the sliding glass doors.	Dining table with scenic mountain view.	Challenge the kids to some old school video games on the game table in the loft.	Gather around the fire pit in the yard and roast some marshmallows.

Location:

Pine Meadow Lodge is located in a small mountain top community between Cherokee and Bryson City, North Carolina. This central location means the most popular attraction of the area are all about 15 minutes from the cabin. So, hiking to waterfalls, tubing down a cool mountain creek, browsing small souvenir shops, watching a historic outdoor play, walking through a authentic indian village and touring scenic roads and in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all just a few minute away. Other popular attractions like whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River and mountain biking at the famous Tsali Recreation Center are about 30 minutes down HWY 74. Though Pine Meadow lodge is located in a small neighborhood, it sets in a large terraced section of the mountain top which gives it more privacy than a traditional subdivision style neighborhood. This mountain top location gives it a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains.

Exterior:

The drive way ends at a parking area that is easy to turn a vehicle around in. A stone fire pit is dug into the yard where you can also enjoy a beautiful mountain view while you are roasting marshmallows with the kids. As you face the cabin from the parking area, you will see two doors. The front door is covered by a small roof. The second door opens to the screen porch. The long screen porch is furnished to take advantage of the bug free fresh cool air and the beautiful scenic view. At the other end of the screen porch is a door to the back deck. Tucked back in the covered corner of the back deck is a hot tub that has a relaxing view of the mountains and warm inviting waters.

Entry Level:

The Front door opens to the living room. The same scenic mountain view from the screened porch fills the cabin through sliding glass doors and cathedral ceiling high windows on both sides of a large stone wood burning fireplace. A comfortable sofa is positioned so you can cuddle up in front of the fire and watch the sunset over the mountain view. A flat screen satellite TV is also with in view, for when the sun has set or to catch tomorrow's weather forecast. Past the fireplace and the sofa is the full kitchen with bar seating for 3 guest. The dining table next to the wood burning fireplace with scenic view of the mountains is as good a seat as any restaurant could have. To the left of the kitchen is a small hall way. The first door you will see is the full bath. The door to the left is the third bedroom with a log style queen size bed. The door to the right of the bath is a laundry/ mud room.The last door at the end of the hallway is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size log style bed.

Upper Level / Loft:

To the left of the front door are the stairs to the upper level. The stairs end in front of the door to the master bedroom. The large master bedroom, with its vaulted wood ceiling, king size log bed and dressers is an inviting and comfortable escape. The master bath has a walk-in shower that is large enough for two and a large tub for a longer soak. Though the master suite fills most of the upper level; a small walkway leads from the master bedroom across the living room to a small loft area. Bring the kids up here to show them just how good you were at some of vintage video games on the video game consol table.
