This new nc log cabin rental is truly built on top of a mountain; giving it one of the best scenic views in the smoky mountains, easily compared to the Blue Ridge Parkway views. This cabin is part of the Sky Cove gated community but is secluded at the far end of the mountain top ridge. Bryson City is about a 5 mile drive from this cabin. The roads to the cabin are paved, all but the very end road running atop the mountain. So, be prepared to drive straight up the mountain to get there. When you arrive, the mountains will seem to rise and greet you at the front door. This log cabin is justly named for the scenery at this private location. over takes every aspect of this cabin; from the cathedral picture windows by the gas log stone fireplace in the living room, the pool table in the loft, the glass doors to the deck across from a king size bed in the private lower level master bedroom with fireplace, to the totally secluded out door hot tub on the lower deck.
