Close to all the summer activities White Water Rafting on the Nantahala river, Boating and Fishing on Fontana Lake, Mountain Biking and Hiking at Tsali, Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee, the scenic Smoky Mountain Railroad in Bryson City and much more. Access to the lake for boating, fishing or kayaking is a short few minutes drive to Almond Boat Park.
